• Enquiry details you provide (name, email/phone, date, party size, location/venue, notes) via our Get a Quote or Book a Trial forms (sent by Email or WhatsApp).
• Communications you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Reviews summary data (rating and excerpts) retrieved from Google Maps/Places to display testimonials.
• Basic site logs from our web host (Hostinger) for uptime and security (IP, user-agent, timestamps).

How we use your data

• To respond to enquiries, provide quotes, arrange trials and bookings.
• To operate and improve our website and services.
• We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

• Contract – to take steps at your request (quotes, trial/booking arrangements).
• Legitimate interests – to run our business safely (security, spam/abuse prevention, customer service).

Sharing your data

We share data only with providers we use to run the business:

• Email & file storage: Google (Gmail/Workspace).
• Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta) when you contact us via the WhatsApp button/links.
• Website hosting: Hostinger (UK/EU servers depending on your hosting plan).
• Reviews display: Google Maps/Places API to fetch public review snippets for our business listing.

These providers may process data outside the UK/EU under appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

Retention

• General enquiries: up to 12 months.
• Confirmed bookings/invoices: up to 6 years (accounting/tax).
• Server logs: typically 30–90 days (host defaults).

We will delete or anonymise data earlier if it’s no longer needed.

Cookies & third-party services

We don’t use analytics cookies. Google Maps/Places (used for reviews) may set cookies and collect usage data to deliver the service and prevent abuse. See Google’s privacy policy for details.

You can block third-party cookies in your browser settings. If you disable them, the reviews section may not load.

Your rights

Children

Our services are for adults arranging events. We don’t knowingly collect children’s data.
